Global HR transformation for an international consumer goods company

Order

The client commissioned DI Experts to manage the local implementation of a global HR restructuring in Germany and Austria, to optimize processes and systems in the People & Culture department and to harmonize global specifications with market-specific requirements.

Situation

The company overhauled its global HR operating model to ensure more efficient support for its workforce. The focus was on the optimization of HR processes, the further development of the Workday environment and the introduction of a self-service portal based on ServiceNow.

Procedure

DI Experts coordinated the local implementation, integrated country-specific requirements into the new operating model and optimized the Workday and ServiceNow platforms for the German and Austrian markets. In addition, DI Experts conducted hands-on workshops and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and implemented structured stakeholder management to actively engage all relevant stakeholders.

Result

The project significantly improved HR efficiency at Imperial Brands: the introduction of global processes and digital self-services enabled faster, more efficient workflows.
