Central HR platform for international studio employees

Order

A new platform was to be introduced to improve the management of HR processes and digital services. The aim was to create a central solution for managing all employees - regardless of location, country or role.

Situation

With several thousand employees in different European countries, the company had reached the limits of its previous HR tools. The new solution needed to create a central database, take country-specific requirements into account and at the same time standardize processes for contract management, training, employee development and communication.

Procedure

DI Experts was responsible for the overall management of the project implementation - from architecture consulting to the coordination of external IT service providers. Together with internal stakeholders, requirements were developed, processes recorded and a modular platform structure designed. In iterative phases, functions were introduced, interfaces to existing systems were implemented and access rights were differentiated. Legal requirements for each country were also incorporated into the technical design. DI Experts was responsible for coordination between IT, HR and country organizations as well as quality control during implementation.

Result

The new HR platform was successfully rolled out and now enables uniform, digital management of HR work in all countries. Processes are clearly defined, access is role-based and system breaks have been largely eliminated. The platform thus provides the basis for modern, scalable HR work in an international context.
