Experience space for digital brand staging

As part of a top-class sports partnership, a temporary, digitally enriched experience area was to be created - for emotional brand activation and customer acquisition.

Situation

The planned experience area covered around 250 square meters in the surroundings of a Bundesliga arena. It was intended to bring the manufacturer's brand values to life through interactive exhibits, digital media and touchpoints for vehicle configuration. At the start of the project, however, there was no unifying concept for implementation, operation and technical control - especially with regard to the various trades involved, such as agencies, event teams, IT and technology partners.

Procedure

DI Experts took over the central management and coordinated the interaction of all partners involved - from technical integration and the selection of implementation partners to operational implementation. An operating concept was developed that covered the requirements for reliability and service quality as well as flexible scaling during the events. A clearly structured communication and decision-making architecture was established for the successful roll-out, enabling rapid coordination and technical responsiveness. In addition, DI Experts supported the stakeholders in the development and testing of digital touchpoints for brand staging.

Result

The digital experience area was put into full operation on time. Over the course of several months, the installation attracted a great deal of attention, visitor interaction and positive feedback from the target groups. The digital staging became a visible media highlight - supported by a smooth interplay of strategy, technology and operations in the background.
