Real-time tracking in the flagship store of a soccer club

The client commissioned DI Experts to design a system for recording and evaluating visitor data in real time and to integrate it into the existing store operation in order to gain in-depth insights into customer behavior.

The flagship store of a major German soccer club previously had no way of recording customer movement data in real time or measuring the impact of store activations.

DI Experts identified key tracking points in the store, developed the technical integration plan and managed the tendering process to select suitable technology partners. DI Experts then took over the coordination of installation and commissioning, ensured seamless integration into the existing system landscape and validated the data collection in live operation.

The implemented tracking system continuously generates real-time data on customer behavior, enables quick layout adjustments and improves the shopping experience. Optimized product placement and targeted store activations have significantly increased sales.
